This Policy sets out the rules of behaviour on GoPrintPack™ and the mutual non-disclosure obligations deemed to subsist between Buyer, Printer and Agency on every job and brief. Breach triggers suspension, forfeiture of escrow and legal action.
1. Platform Integrity
- No circumvention, deception or de-anonymisation of the sealed-bid auction.
- No bypassing RBAC or JWT auth — scraping, enumerating or inferring data belonging to another role / account / job.
- No reverse-engineering, decompiling or decrypting the Platform or its Razorpay / Shiprocket / Zoho integrations.
- No infrastructure attacks — DDoS, injection, path-traversal, brute-force, credential-stuffing, SSRF, deserialisation.
- No scraping / crawling / mirroring except via published APIs with authorised tokens within rate limits.
- No malware, phishing links or crypto-miners disguised as artwork or evidence.
- No multiple accounts to evade plan limits, dispute penalties or bans.
2. Prohibited Content
You must not upload, host, transmit or link to content that is obscene, child-exploitative, violent / terrorism-related, defamatory, IP-infringing, unlawful under Indian law, counterfeit, money-laundering, deep-faked or non-consensual, or that discloses another's personal data without lawful basis.
3. Off-Platform Leakage
Identities, pricing, briefs or counter-party details discovered through GoPrintPack™ must not be used to transact off-Platform. Specifically prohibited: contacting a Printer via any outside channel for a repeat order, sharing a Buyer brief with an unverified Printer, or soliciting payment outside Razorpay escrow.
On breach, Tejas Industries may suspend both parties, forfeit pending escrows, claim liquidated damages equal to the platform commission that would have accrued (not less than ₹10,000 per instance), delist permanently and refer the matter under Section 73 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the IT Act, 2000.
3A. Pricing Integrity (Gross Bid)
- Suppliers must quote a single all-inclusive Gross price. They must not ask Buyers or Printers for separate 'platform fee', 'commission' or 'service charge' amounts, inside or outside the Platform.
- Splitting a job into an on-platform token amount and an off-platform balance to avoid commission is treated as off-platform leakage (§3).
- Partners and suppliers must not try to discover a Buyer's identity, or another supplier's identity or prices, through sub-RFQs, labels, invoices or chat.
4. Mutual NDA (deemed, non-waivable)
On every job and brief, Buyer, Printer / Agency and Tejas Industries are deemed to be bound by a mutual NDA. It takes effect the moment the Printer / Agency is matched and remains in force for 3 years after job completion or dispute resolution.
Confidential Information includes briefs, artwork, press-ready files, substrates, pricing, delivery timelines, Printer quotations, production notes, capability declarations, pickup hub addresses, Agency source files, revision history, chat transcripts, dispute evidence, admin notes, and Platform analytics.
Permitted use: solely to fulfil the job. Any other use (incl. ML training, portfolio publishing, third-party circulation) requires prior written consent.
Carve-outs: (a) already-public info, (b) info lawfully held before disclosure, (c) independently developed info, (d) info required by law or court order (with prompt notice where lawful).
5. Design IP & Copyright Transfer
- Pre-delivery, the Agency retains all right, title and interest in the designs.
- On successful final delivery and dispute-free settlement, all rights transfer to the Buyer under a copyright-transfer certificate executed through the Platform.
- The Agency warrants that the delivered artwork is original (or appropriately licensed) and does not infringe third-party IP.
- Portfolio rights: Agency may showcase delivered work only after Buyer consent on-Platform, or 12 months after delivery (whichever is earlier), unless opted-out in brief.
6. Communications
- All job-related communications must happen through the Platform's chat and workspace.
- Side-channel communications are discouraged and are not admissible as evidence in disputes.
- No harassment, threats, abuse, discrimination or spam.
7. Review & Rating Integrity
Buyers rate the Printer / Agency only after completion and settlement. Ratings must be honest. Soliciting / coercing / bribing / threatening for ratings is prohibited. Fabricated or bought ratings will be reversed and the account suspended.
8. Automated Access
Permitted only via published APIs with authorised tokens within published rate limits. No third-party automation to place bids, monitor auctions, scrape pricing or ratings. We may fingerprint, throttle, challenge or block abusive traffic without notice.
9. Security Research & Responsible Disclosure
Welcome in good faith — no access / modification / destruction of other User data, no service degradation, isolated test accounts, private disclosure to info@goprintpack.com with reasonable remediation time (90 days default). No civil or criminal action against researchers acting in good faith within the above.
10. Enforcement
| Severity | Action |
|---|---|
| Minor (first-time, inadvertent) | Written warning, mandatory re-read of this AUP |
| Moderate | Temporary suspension (7–30 days), feature restrictions |
| Serious | Permanent suspension, forfeiture of pending escrow, delisting |
| Egregious / criminal | Reporting to CERT-In / Home Affairs / law enforcement + civil action |
